ACTIVITY

Course Objectives:

Knowing climbing materials and correct operation.
Learn the basics of keeping our climbing equipment.
Roping make knots for climbing and description.

Learn technical climbing moves.

Duration:

4 full days ( of 6 a 8 Daily hours). The regular schedule is 9:30h a 18:00h.
All sessions are theoretical and practical.

Necessary material:

Backpacks.

Participants:

It sportswear for climbing need to be in the natural environment, comfortable and durable. Depending on the time of year, you need warm clothing or wind.
